SELLING

• Do you ever buy clothing outright rather than via consignment?
• Typically we do not, if you have high value items that you'd rather sell quickly please reach out to us to discuss a direct buyout.
• Do I need to clean my items before sending them in? 
• Yes, only clean items are consignable.
• How often do you process consignment payouts?
• We process payouts once a month.
• How long after I send my items in will they be listed online? 
• Processing time varies but we aim to list all items within two weeks or less. 
• If my items don't sell do I get them back?
• You can receive your unsold items back, you will only have to pay shipping costs.

RETURNS 

• Do you accept returns? 
• We accept returns except in the case of items marked down to 40% or more or items specifically marked as non-returnable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fee. 
• Why do you charge a restocking fee on returns? 
• We use restocking fees to cover wages for the time spent processing, inspecting and restocking return shipments.
